All items are clearly described, if you're unsure of anything please contact us via phone or email prior to purchasing. Please check with a Professional mechanic before purchasing any parts you may need for your vehicle.
Please check with us before making the purchase to avoid disappointment. We do not accept any returns on Electrical items. We will Exchange any electrical item for the correct part.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have up to 14 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via Jap Euro Car Parts. All Items should be returned within 14 working days, if the item is returned after the 14 working day period, they will be a 25% handling charge If you would like to return an item, please send us a message through the Website or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond with the returns address and an Returns Number for you to enclose with the returned product.
We will process your refund through PayPal or the card you made the payment within 48 hours of receiving the goods providing they are undamaged and in resalable condition.
Please note you are responsible for any loss or damage from when they are delivered to you, until when they are returned to us.For this reason, please only send items back to us via a track-able postal service. Any special ordered or manufactured items cannot be returned.
Overseas returns and reshipping are the customers' liability. It is the buyer's responsibility to return items at their own expense; the return postage will not be refunded.
When returning an item for a refund, which is no longer required or has been bought by mistake via Free Postage. There will be a Deduction on Postage & Packaging according to the size and weight of the parcel when returned.
Royal Mail states "(vii) Items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels and Recorded Signed For are not classed as lost until 15 working days after the due date"
If a product has become faulty, we can replace the product within a 12 month period. If we cannot replace the product we will offer a like for like alternative or issue a full refund. We do not cover any labour charges on faulty goods which have been removed and replaced, we only cover warranty on the goods purchased within a 12 month period.
